Personalized Customer Support
Our team will make sure you don’t run out of product or miss your delivery date! In addition to helping set up your account, coordinating your order and delivery date, emailing invoices and monthly statements, and addressing your questions, comments or concerns in an “on-demand” style (within reasonable accommodations), we will help endorse your business on our social media platforms as a ‘thank you’ for using us as your go-to coffee, tea, and/or nitro needs.
Barista Trainings
Education and training are key in serving up profoundly good coffee. Our technicians and customer support staff have experience through formal training, on-the job experience, or a combination on both, and are always happy to share their own experiences, tricks of the trade, and core recipes with anyone who wishes to learn. Trainings available at our facility or your location.
Roasting Tours & Coffee Cuppings
Interested in learning everything there is to know about our coffees? We offer scheduled tours of our facility, along with roasting tours, coffee education, and personalized coffee cuppings (think wine tasting, but with coffee!)
Remote Coffee Cuppings & Education
Can’t make it to our facility but still interested in this aspect of the industry? We can come to your location with our cupping lab.
Free Equipment Installation, Service & Maintenance
Because we know that your time is valuable, our service technicians will work with your schedule and a set a time and date – no waiting around for hours. They will take time to answer any and all questions you may have about your new equipment and we’re always available by phone, text and email.
In addition to free installations, our technicians are available 7 days a week, including holidays, to make sure that your equipment is quickly and efficiently serviced or switched out if necessary. No extra fees, just genuinely courteous and prompt service.
Free Route Deliveries
We’ll coordinate fitting delivery dates and times that meet your needs and deliver all of your regular orders at no additional cost to you. We take pride in getting your orders right the first time and delivering them on schedule, Monday through Friday.
